2017-2018 Registration Information

Registration for the 2017-2018 school year will begin February 20. Registration will be finalized for currently enrolled families Tuesday, February 21. Currently enrolled families must pay the registration fee by that date. Registration will be open to Garber Church members on Wednesday, February 22. On Thursday, February 23 registration will be open to the community. Registration hours for each day will be 8:30 AM - 12 PM. 

Currently enrolled families may pre-register the week of February 6-9. They are to complete their registration forms and return them to the Director’s Office no later than noon, Thursday, February 9. All forms received during this week will be given equal consideration. Parents will receive notes confirming receipt of Registration form and confirming the placement request no later than Wednesday, February 15. Once families have received confirmation all they will need to do to guarantee placement is turn in the registration fee during normal preschool hours by the end of Preschool on Tuesday, Feb 21. In the unlikely event more children are requesting placement in a certain age/days of week class placement; they will be notified through the placement confirmation notes. Subsequently, these spaces will be filled on a first come basis with priority given in this order: returning students, church member siblings, returning student siblings. On Tuesday, February 21 we will have a first come first serve line to pay registration fees for any returning families, if needed due to high demand. Registration is only guaranteed though the payment of registration fees. 

During our registration process all applications must be presented in person. Once those present have registered, mailed in forms will be processed. A completed registration form and non-refundable registration fee of $200.00/child and $100.00 per additional child within a family is due at the time of registration. Checks should be made payable to Garber Preschool. 

Registration is on a first come first serve basis. Once classes are filled, wait lists will be formed and new classes may be added if space permits. 

Registered families will receive 2017-2018 class enrollment packets in May. Completed Health forms and the first month’s tuition must be received by Garber Preschool no later than July 15. Openings created due to non-payment of the first month’s tuition by registered families will be filled with children on the waiting list.

Tuitions and Fees

2017-2018 Class Fee Schedule

REGISTRATION FEE: Non-refundable and due at time of registration

Fee/Child$200.00additional $100.00 per child per family

TUITION: Tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly payments. The first payment is due no later than July 14. The remaining tuition payments are due the first of the month from September through April.

SUPPLY FEE: A non-refundable supply fee of $100.00/child is due no later than August 15. This fee includes a Garber Preschool Tee shirt which will go home at the end of the school year. This fee does not apply to the Transitional Kindergarten students. 

MOTHER’S MORNING OUT: This is a child care service available to children 3 months to 15 months. The child is enrolled to attend once a week. The day(s) will be set based on demand. The Preschool calendar will be followed. Enrollment is limited to 6 children so that a 1 to 3 staff/child ratio can be maintained. $75.00 / month 

YOUNGER PRESCHOOL: Children are grouped by age in either a 15-23 month old (Toddler) class or in a 24-36 month old class. It is recommended the child be 15 months on or before by August 31 or 24 months by August 31. There are separate classes for these age groups on the following days:

Tuesday/Thursday $140.00/month 

Mon/Wed/Fri (24 month class only) $185.00/month 

OLDER PRESCHOOL: Children are grouped by age in either a 3 or 4 year old class. It is recommended the child be either 3 or 4 on or before August 31. All children entering the older classes must be toilet trained unless there is a developmental or physiological reason. There are separate classes for these age groups on the following days:

3 Year Olds

Tuesday/Thursday $140.00/month 

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday $195.00/month 

Mon/Wed/Fri $185.00/month 

Monday - Friday $315.00/ month

4 Year Olds

Monday through Friday $295.00/month 

Transitional Kindergarten Class 

It is recommended the child be 5 on or before December 31

Monday – Friday $360.00/month

Book Fee (in Lieu of Supply Fee) $225.00

SCHOLARSHIP: Limited Scholarship funds may be available for families needing financial assistance. Please contact the preschool director for information.

CANCELLATIONS: Every effort will be made to hold classes offered at registration. Classes will be canceled, however, due to lack of enrollment. Families registered for canceled classes will be contacted and all moneys refunded.
